This sheath was inspired by Norse mythology. Based on the legend of Odin and his Ravens, Hugin and Munin. I made it for this hand made knife. It has a leaf-shaped blade and a textured black handle.
I carved it with a pair of matching mirrored ravens in front of a red sun. I added a little silver to the ravens to give them a little mystical touch. I added a dark brown aura around the moon and ravens so that they pop and gave them silver eyes.
I dyed the main body black to match the knife sheath with a silver snap to match the blade. I stitched the whole thing with a bright red thread. You can find all the handmade blade and sheath combos here:
