The ERL Leather Company is happy to guaranty that we will do our best to provide you with the best possible leather product created to your custom specifications. The ERL Leather Company offers a life time warranty on all of our leather products, this does not cover the normal wear and tear of every day usage but does cover any defects in manufacturing such as any stitching coming loose or a project not working for its intended use. We would be more then happy to replace any worn out parts or pieces of a previously created project however this would not fit within the warranty. Should your product ever fail at its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the entire project.

When I create your projects I try and work closely with you so that I can discuss all the particulars of you project to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your new leather item. I keep you posted for every step of the project as this is a journey we are taking together in order to create the perfect leather good for you; For item that require fitting we will meet many times to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the fit/shape/form of your new leather item. Once you receive your new leather good I will supply you with the leather care instructions for your new leather goods including any information that may be pertinent to your item. I love hearing from you and seeing how your leather goods are working for you to see if there is any improvements I can do to your project to better your experience with us.

Every custom ERL Leather Company product is specifically designed and hand crafted for you. Your custom leather good is guaranteed to be unique and to last you many years with proper care.

When creating a pattern for a custom project it is labeled with your name and I will not duplicate it exactly for any other customer unless specified by you. We here at The ERL Leather Company guarantee that your custom project is truly one of a kind!
