This beautiful deer hide purse is a one-of-a-kind project! made by the hide of a deer my clients grandfather harvested and tanned himself. making this hide over 100 years old!
This bag has a decorative center seam and long round handles; I added some beautiful accents in a dark brown dye including some round corner protectors.
The inside doesn’t have a liner so I added two floating pockets on a piece of dark brown leather. The front button is a tool that belonged to my client’s grandfather and was a tool he used when doing his own leatherwork!
